Client Services Supervisor

UK Landscapes provides a full range of highly professional services for the commercial sector including grounds maintenance, winter services, construction landscaping/fencing and arboricultural works. With in excess of 25 years’ experience UK Landscapes delivers a high quality service with high tech. support providing operational visibility to both the company and its clients.
We are now looking to appoint a Client Services Supervisor– to be responsible for up to 7 Key Account Managers and the administration team. Applicants must be able to travel to the HQ in Cranage Cheshire.
Responsibilities
· Assist Head of Client Services with maintaining standards of excellence, ensuring the continuance of the company’s reputation and client satisfaction.
· Ensure issues are escalated to Head of Client Services where necessary.
· Provide feedback to the department on an ongoing basis.
· Communicate updates to the team as required.
· Monitor KPI’s and SLA’s with Clients and the Client Services Team
· Attend and lead meetings with both clients and the department.
· Assist with contract management work as required.
· Creation of performance management statistics
· Monitoring budgets and ensuring these are met
· Management of contractor database
· Deal with any escalations within the team or client base.
· Data Analysis and Report Writing
· Supervision and development of key account managers and admin teams to include, performance management, absence management and regular reviews
· Supervision of Fire alarm testing and First aid checks
· Minute taking.
The ideal candidate will be approachable, organised, and flexible. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and good IT and Microsoft skills are essential. There will be the opportunity to progress within the Company for candidates with the right attitude, ability, and ambition. A driving licence is essential.
Underpinning all of the above, the successful candidate will also be an inspiring and credible person capable of ensuring best practice and high outputs whilst working in accordance with Company’s compliance standards which include ISO9001, 14001, 45001 quality, environmental and health and safety accreditations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per year
