In this fast-paced business environment, the Sales team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a SDR & Marketing Specialist.
Your mission
As a Customer Care Expert, you will be responsible for a client portfolio and provide ongoing assistance in three main areas:
Incident resolution
Qualify, analyze, and address incidents
Define action plans and ensure follow -up until complete resolution
Monitor incidents over time until final closure
Ensure compliance with SLAs clients
Identification of fundamental solution enhancements
Qualify and analyze additional requirements defined by clients
Identify potential resolutions in collaboration with the Product team
Contribute to Road Map decisions
Customer Support
Advice clients on solution usage
Conduct user “coaching operations”
Write operating procedures to enhance effectiveness
Ensure the sustainability of delivered configuration
️️ Your strengths
To succeed in this role, you should have the following professional experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a similar mission
A previous experience in a software publishing or training management would be a plus
