Our client is an international manufacturer with a large network of car service and showrooms across the UK. This is a well-respected / well established /well-known car retailer. They have a rare opportunity to join their award-winning team as a Customer service / parts advisor.
In this role you will
- Check goods in against delivery note and ensure goods are in perfect condition before accepting delivery.
- Find and book appropriate areas for good storage.
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing and estimating.
- Monitor parts stock levels.
- nsure inventory system is accurate by using computer listing for spot checks.
- Keep obsolete stock to a minimum.
- Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service.
- Provide technical & logistical assistance as well as handling all customer requests
The person:
· Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential as first class training is provided.
· Microsoft Office
· Experience with using CRM Systems
· A passion for providing world class customer service is essential!
