We're looking for full time customer service staff to join our London teams in Richmond, Battersea or Chiswick. If you have a passion for healthy food, good nutrition, customer service and the environment, this could be the job for you. We are a unique packaging free supermarket which focuses on providing a great customer experience whilst reducing our impact on the planet. We encourage customers to bring their own containers to refill from our bulk supplies and have a chat with our friendly instore teams.
The Source Bulk Foods UK is owned by Mak and Pat, 2 very passionate Aussies who have made the UK their home. What you'll do:
* You'l work full time to provide surge capacity to our stores in London (All within Zones 2-3)
* provide fantastic customer service to our customers
* be part of a hardworking, high performing, fun and supportive team
* maintain the excellent presentation standards of our stores
* perform filling procedures to restock our shelves
* maintain our hygiene standards
* seek out opportunities to reduce our environmental impact and waste
This role would suit people who have:
* previous experience in customer service is a must and experience in retail is helpful
* an interest working in a new and exciting retail concept that is at the forefront of the zero-waste movement
* experience working closely with your colleagues in a customer facing environment
* is physically fit
* reliable and fully flexible with shift hours, with shifts anytime between 8am and 9pm

Job Type: Full-time
