We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our client, a growing and successful business in Wheatley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focussed and enthusiastic individual who is confident working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Take orders from customers and process quickly and efficiently
- Respond to any queries and guide customers throughout process
- Communicate timelines to customers and liaise with other departments
- Log and raise returns on company database
- Update status reports for key customers

This is a full time role with a hybrid working model, giving you the ability to work from home up to 4 days per week.
