Administration Officer

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and is interested in an administration role within the Governance team. This role would ideally suit a school leaver or someone with an entry level of office experience.
This role will support a busy team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, organising and minuting meetings, monitoring inboxes, responding to emails, ordering stationery, issuing ID badges and liaison with building tenants.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Good time management
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Good attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to work with others and develop positive relationships across the partnership and with other stakeholders
- The candidate must understand and be able demonstrate SHP's HOME values as part of their day to day work
