Responsibilities:
- Exhibit professional and courteous telephone skills while handling a multiple-lined telephone system.
- Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards customers and technicians.
- Determine customer needs and acknowledge concerns.
- Provide assurance that their needs will be met.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and services provided.
- Schedule service calls and notify technicians of assignments using GPS tracking and dispatching software.
- Provide support to technicians, preparing proposals, following up with estimates, and ordering parts.
- Prioritize tasks and immediately handle urgent issues.
- Follow up and follow through with customers and technicians in order to promote good relationships.
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with team members across all levels of the organization.
- Creatively approach challenges and develop solutions that align with company procedures and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and dispatch.
- Ability to remain positive, professional, and agile at all times in order to build strong relationships with customers and technicians.
- Must be detail oriented, while remaining able to multi-task.
- Must have strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet search engines and browsers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be passionate about personal success and eager to learn.
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE.
- Shifts range between the hours of 7:00am to 11:00pm
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $25 to $30 per hour.
