Global Account Manager
London – hybrid
£55,000 - £70,000 + OTE

The essence of the role
This role is suitable for someone who has strong experience within either the international market (ideally US or Europe) and the major UK retailers (Sephora, M&S, pure players, etc). This is a fast paced role so you will work closely with the Sales Director; you will be full of energy with a tenacious and team playing attitude. An articulate pitching style and flawless presentation skills are a must. For the right commercially astute individual, this is a phenomenal opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Scope of the Global Account Manager role
· Develop and manage new business and existing accounts, with fantastic and mutually beneficial relationships
· Constructing an effective sales strategy supporting growth across the board – including strong data analysis
· Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
· Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met
Prerequisites
· Significant experience within the beauty industry, ideally luxury
· Experience within relevant accounts (on and offline)
· Strong new business and R2M capabilities
· Able to work to multiple time critical paths with excellent negotiating skills
· Skilled at pulling together proposals and strategies, utilising these to make sales targets
· Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
