This is an exciting office-based role suitable for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Based in our fast-paced eCommerce team, the ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will take responsibility for responding to product and fulfilment enquiries from our customers and retail partners across multiple channels – via telephone and/or email.
To perform well in this role the ideal candidate will be required to learn about our product ranges and home textiles in general. They will also be expected to support our Operations team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on-time.

Candidates must:
- Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Be an extremely confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Be proficient in the use of a PC (in particular email software and CRM systems).
- Have a keen eye for detail, and possess great time management skills.
- Have experience working in an office environment performing operational/administrative tasks.
