About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team in London. You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of our products by working closely with the product and engineering teams to create beautiful and engaging designs that enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement product features that align with the company's vision and user needs
- Build our design systems from the ground up for both iOS, Android and Web
- Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behaviours, pain points, and preferences
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet the intended user experience
- Advocate for a user-centred design approach and maintain a consistent design language across products

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong emphasis on mobile (iOS and Android) design, responsive web design, and mobile-first website design
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work for consumer-facing digital products, particularly in the e-commerce area.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX best practices and principles
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user pain points and design effective solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bonus if you have
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Location: Flexible/ Hybrid. We have Team days in our London office twice a month where we come to collaborate, socialise, onboard and enjoy the great environment and buzzing atmosphere but most colleagues enjoy coming into our dog friendly office in Farringdon every week.
