It is a very exciting time of growth for our Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring a Security Consultant with Exchange configuration experience to provide technical expertise and leadership for our expanding Security team.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States.
What will my role be?
As a Quisitive Senior Security Consultant, you will be part of Quisitive’s growing security solutions team working together with some great minds to architect and lead Microsoft Exchange security management, and version/technology migrations for Quisitive clients. In this role, you will work with our clients to design the architecture, map the build out and deploy client solutions (partial or full suite). You will also be instrumental in supporting the Quisitive sales team with new account pursuits and solution positioning.
Some of your activities will include:
- Working with technical managers and staff to understand client security needs.
- Coaching and mentoring with team members around client interaction and work delivery
- Setup and configuration of Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and Hybrid
- Building and deploying EM+S security tools to secure Exchange environments
- Setup of DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and MTA-STS
- Setup and configuration of Azure AD Premium to support SSO
- Architect and design solutions to meet functional security requirements in Azure Sentinel
- Perform security analyst operations within Azure Sentinel including incident response and remediation of any related damage
- Drive strategic and complex projects with many critical dependencies
- Engaging directly with customers at the CIO/CTO level, supporting executive briefings and innovation partnerships
- Developing, Updating, and Managing PowerShell scripting for automation

- Deep expertise in setup and configuration of Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and Hybrid
- Experience leading migration efforts from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online
- Experience setting up DMARC, DKIM, and SPF to secure Exchange environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Defender for O365 email protection and Exchange Online Protection
- Azure Active Directory, AD Connect & ADFS
- Working knowledge of Azure AD Identity Governance and MS Defender for Identity
- Setup and configuration of Conditional Access Policies
- Experience with MIP O365 / Azure Unified Labeling (more AIP crossover with IRM) related to Exchange
- Experience with DLP to secure Microsoft Cloud data related to Exchange
- Good working knowledge of the overall EM+S Suite and M365 E5 licensing value
- Experience with RMS, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and SSPR
- Functional knowledge PowerShell and Azure Automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
