Position: Customer Support Agent

Reports to: Manager, Customer Support, Retail & Web

How You Will Be Spending Your
Web Reservations
- Process internet bookings
- Re-book customers if required
- Queue all Sabre bookings
- Assisting customers with inquiries such as baggage, documentation, seat selection etc.
- Selling Insurance or Vendor products
- Answering calls trying to trouble shoot website issues
- Assisting clients with payment options such as Deposit, Full Payment, Future Travel Credit, Gift Cards, Direct Deposit
- Assist customers in purchasing their travel product
Data Entry – Finance
- Confirm and input, modify credit card payment and invoices in Clientlinq software
- Add all pricing into Clientlinq software
- Service / Resolve all files that are returned with price and or credit card discrepancies
- Sending invoices to client
Customer Service
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries, emails
- Contact customers via email or phone with pricing or credit card issues
- Courtesy calls
- Interact with 3rd party vendors, tour operators via email and telephone
- Send E-tickets to all pending customers
- Other duties as assigned
The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful
- Microsoft Knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel
- GDS - Sabre
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Data entry speed and accuracy required
- TICO (Ontario) / OPC (Montreal) asset

Licence/Certification:
- TICO / OPC certification (preferred)
