About the role:
Sook is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to work to educate brands who book our spaces. Working closely with the sales team and reporting to the Sales Lead, you will optimise the journey from lead generation to deals closed, and be responsible for closing new business with potential occupiers. Duties/Responsibilities:
Work your prospect base, build your pipeline and close businessManage inbound and outbound prospects
Educate the market, generate awareness, challenge perceptions
Be an enthusiastic advocate and expert on Sook, and turn your prospects into evangelising customers
Manage your own sales pipeline, and the best-in-class CRM tools that we provide
Report KPIs and exceed your targets
What we are looking for:
You possess at least 1+ years of experience in sales
You're ambitious, hungry to learn, and excited to help build the future of physical retail.
Proficient in using a CRM system
Excellent phone manner - you’re calm and confident at fielding both inbound client enquiries and carrying out cold outreach to new prospects, and you’re just as good listening as you are at talking
Proactive, highly organised, and can-do attitude – enjoys being challenged.
Motivated self-starter with the ability and confidence to introduce new initiatives.
Ability to understand changing priorities of tasks.
Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
