TIME: 9 AM-2 PM
LOCATION: 10850 Gold Center Dr, Suite 350 Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
- Agent I – III: $16.50/hour - $20.50/hour
- Bilingual Agent I – III: $17.50/hour - $21.50/hour
- Must have 1 year + call center exp

The training onboarding process will be in-office! With the possibility to work from home after 90 days with supervisor approval meetings and sustaining performance.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales calls to promote products or services and meet sales targets
- Collect and analyze customer information to identify needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Sales experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.50 per hour
