Job description
Duties include. Under the guidance and supervision of the teams clinicians to carry a caseload taking responsibility for implementing and reinforcing health management care plans using a range of nursing and therapeutic techniques. To participate in health assessments and monitoring through pre-set directed observations and information gathering, liaising with service users and carers and other agencies. To provide and monitor the implementation of basic therapy equipment under the direction of a clinician.
To support the checking, managing and session planning of the hydrotherapy and rebound specialist environments collaborating with the physiotherapists and senior support workers. Post requirements are: A keen interest or experience of supporting people with long term health care needs. A keen interest or experience of supporting people with a learning disability. Being able to travel around the city carrying equipment is essential.
