We are currently looking for someone flexible who would be happy to cover any shift required including weekends. We have positions open on our day shift and night shift.
The Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and dynamic individual to join our award winning team in Feltham, West London. You will be required to work weekends and have reasonable flexibility. Your main duties will include:
- Taking bookings and dealing with customer queries via phone, email and other forms of communication.
- Helping drivers with their queries
- Dealing with customer feedback
- Any ad-hoc duties that have been passed to you by a manager.
- Assisting other members of the Customer Service team.
What Skills Do I Need?
We are looking for experienced individuals in customer service and ideally, you have worked in the private hire or transport industry.
The following skills would really help you in this role:
- Good hearing and a clear telephone voice with a confident and polite telephone manner
- The ability to work accurately under pressure
- A good standard of spoken and written English
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner
- Awareness of confidentiality issues
- Good time-keeping and reliability
- Team Player
- Problem Solving
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience using platform-based computerised systems.
