A fantastic opportunity has come up with our brand-new site in Crewe for our customer, TK Maxx (TJX). GXO is seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of HR Advisor. You’ll play an integral role in providing effective support and guidance to the line managers in all aspects of human resources.
Joining forces with TK Maxx (TJX) on a permanent, full-time basis,. You’ll predominantly be working Monday to Friday, office hours, though some flexibility may be required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide advice and guidance on Absence and Performance Management
- Support site engagement and communication at all the levels
- Review, streamline, and where practical write or rewrite HR processes and procedures to maximise efficiencies while ensuring full compliance is maintained
- Support the management team in all HR-related topics including recruitment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in a similar capacity and a generalist background, a CIPD qualification would desirable
- Experience of undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising line managers on employee relations issues and being involved in setting up processes and systems
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR policy, practice, and procedures
- Experience in dealing with Trade Union negotiation would be an advantage
