About Our Client

Page Personnel are currently working with a well known organisation who are based in Leeds City Centre who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Assistant to join their team to assist them throughout their busy summer period! This role offers weekly pay and no weekend work! To be able to start this role you will need to go through an enhanced DBS Check, so if you already have a DBS this will be very beneficial!

Job Description

As Customer Experience Assistant, duties will include, however not be limited to; handling customer queries over the phone and live chat, handling any customer escalations face to face, ad hoc reception duties, inputting information into the system and ensuring the best customer service is given at all times.

Have held a customer service role previously

Be immediately available

Be confident & adaptable

Have an enhanced DBS - desirable
