The opportunity:

We are a fast-growing pest control company seeking a passionate and dedicated operations and administrative team member
to take part in our success. We provide our customers with excellent, reliable, and effective pest control solutions, and we need an administrative and operations representative who is confident,
servant minded and sales driven. Our Administrative and Operations Representative is the first point of contact for all our customers and therefore a key component in the success of PestNation.

The PestNation operations team member is a growth minded, go-getter ready to help the company grow and expand. This position has a direct impact on the success of PestNation by implementing and improving
processes, communication, team morale, and customer experience. Communication, fast-paced work, propensity to achieve, and being a good team player are vital to this role. PestNation’s operation team member
must be competent in all facets of administrative functions. The operations team member will be responsible for meeting goals for recurring revenue scheduling, cancellations, accounts receivable, and other items that will
help PestNation be successful.

Your Mission

Becoming a valued PestNation team member in growing and developing the company through support, contribution, leadership, innovation, and working within the framework of the culture of PestNation.

What you will do:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule service work
  • Termite Inspection Scheduling/Rescheduling/Access issues
  • Coordinating Termite Inspection Scheduling with PestNation Home Inspections and other HI companies once brought in
  • Route Termite Inspections and Service Scheduling
  • Send and Manage Service Agreements
  • Post Service Orders
  • Process Payments and Manage Collections
  • Handle invoices and payments receivable
  • Schedule and Manage Call Before Dig (811)
  • Input and manage inspection Pronto reports and graphs
  • Email work orders for inspectors daily
  • Check emails for next-day cancellations in evening on rotational basis
  • Check voicemails/emails for urgent issues and inspection schedules on weekends on rotational basis
  • Monthly Sentricon/Dow report
  • Monthly State Report for Department of Agriculture
  • Completing tasks deemed necessary by PestNation management.
  • Complete training initiatives deemed necessary by PestNation management.
  • Maintain full registration with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and all Continuing Education requirements.

Training and Development
Initial training will be completed in the office with multiple people to learn all functions of the administrative and operations side of PestNation. It will also be imperative to observe and understand the basic function of our
inside sales process. Additional field trips to see PestNation services may also be included in training. Initial training is typically two weeks. Once initial training is completed, the expectation will be that work activities
will be completed without a lot of additional help or training.

An optional Leadership Development, LeaderLaunch, program is available to all Team Members and occurs
once a month.

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

  • Demonstrated ability in meeting objectives and goals.
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication along with verbal and written skills

  • Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate and pest control industry is a plus!
