Customer Service – Telford - Permanent
L & C Consulting are now recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a small, but highly successful company in Telford.
You’ll be responsible for providing high level customer service to external customers.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Support customers by phone and email
· Set up customer contracts
· Set up and process all administrative documents for new customers and update accordingly going forward
· Credit checks
· Billing & credit control
· Understand and adhere to client confidentiality at all times
The right person will be able to demonstrate a professional, personable approach to customer service. Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner are a must to be considered for this role as well as strong computer skills.
Must be confident in using MS Office and have a good understanding of Excel. You will have an efficient and customer focused telephone manner, be able to work to the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity, be well organised with good attention to detail and act on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
Hours of work are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.
The office site is based in Telford and so is commutable from Shrewsbury, Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Perton, Newport but location means own transport will be required.
