We are looking for an independent, self-motivated and pro-active individual with proven professional skills . The post holder will be approachable to all and will hold responsibility for employee care initiatives across the Advo team.
Specifically, the role involves tasks such as supporting the smooth onboarding of staff to the Advo team, ensuring required security clearance is achieved within a timely manner. You will be the candidateâs main point of contact prior to start date and will be responsible for ensuring that each candidate has a positive onboarding experience. The post holder will be tasked with maintaining accurate records for IT equipment and being the main contact for IT issues across the wider team, ensuring KPIs are achieved. The role will also involve becoming a key contact for our internal and external customers.
How your role fits within our team
As the Employee Care Co-ordinator, you will be a key member of the core management team, reporting into the National Service and Operations manager. You will be working closely with Clinical Operations Managers, Section Leaders, and Regional Managers and other support functions to progress a variety of employee care initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Acting as key point of contact to People team, IT team and Facilities team in association with onboarding and employee care actions.
- Being the main contact for each candidate during onboarding and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all.
- Ensuring candidates are prepared for induction and training.
- Providing IT support for new starters and existing staff, helping to resolve and escalate IT issues.
- Supporting with clearances, gaining new starter system credentials and system set up.
- Monitoring and controlling equipment logs and reports to external customer.
- Monitoring and support with MI reports
- Taking a lead in all employee Health and Wellbeing projects, with responsibility for improving and maintaining related health and wellbeing intranet pages.
- Identifying and progressing initiatives which will positively influence employee satisfaction and morale
- Working closely with internal teams to promote our employee recognition programs and interaction and engagement with internal communications.
- Involvement in project work where required. To support National Manager, and other managers, with additional duties as required
