Job description

Market leading and innovative local company providing services to the Automotive Industry are looking for an Out of Hours Customer Service Agent to join our ever growing and energetic team based in Holton Heath, Poole (BH16 6LS).

We are the UK’s leading outsourced driver support and asset management provider delivering cutting edge mobility solutions for a transforming industry.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week - 12-hour shifts covering nights/evenings on mixed shift patterns with 4/5 days off at a time, Monday to Sunday.

Or

  • 40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Working from 3pm onward, Monday to Sunday.

Location: Holton Heath (BH16 6LS)

What will you do?

The Customer Service Team works proactively in a fast-paced environment to answer drivers calls in a timely manner. Taking inbound and making outbound calls to fully understand the customer requirements, you will take ownership to see through to completion.

No previous experience is necessary, but you will have:

Excellent communication skills and a great level of English both spoken and written, a strong work ethic and attention to detail, experience of using common IT software and good telephone manners, previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial. Positive attitude and good listening skills

You will be customer service orientated and enjoy working within a vibrant environment.
