Customer Service and Web Assistant

Must be fully Available and Flexible

General working hours are Monday – Friday 8-4.30 – Seasonal periods may change to include evening and weekend work.

Based at head office on heywood distribution park (ol10) – please note no public transport links are available in this area so reliable transport is essential

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· Trustworthy and efficient

· Computer literate

· Great attitude and willing to work hard

· Experience in Customer Service

· A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the business when necessary

· Must be flexible around seasonal periods when weekend/evening work will be required.

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS – PREFFERED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

· Experience in managing people and working in a fast paced environment

· Experience using an E-commerce platform

· Experience using an EPOS system

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Working with & supporting Manager in the day to day running of the department.

· Efficiently handling customer returns and putting items back into stock.

· Processing faulty returns and liaising with the brand to obtain a credit

· Handling customer queries appropriately & efficiently.

· Processing and fulfilling orders.

· Minimising wastage within the department of supplies, time, processes etc

· Picking and packing orders to our high standard of quality and speed when required.
