Job description
- Provide customer service support for flexible metal piping products (hoses, metal bellows, & expansion joints)
- Process custom engineered orders through internally built quoting system
- Deliver company value proposition via phone (inbound/outbound), email, and fax
- Maintain CRM
- Primary contact for assigned accounts
- Provide pricing & product information
- Place, monitor, and actively follow-up on orders
- Resolve quote, order, and invoice issues
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Planning, & Operations
- Stay up-to-date on products & services
- Data entry in multiple systems & CRM
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, Etc)
- Influential communication skills (verbal & written)
- Desire to learn, question, and understand products, applications, & customers
- Proactive solutions approach to delivering results
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
