Due to internal promotions, my client are actively recruiting for an Internal Sales Administration/Customer Service role. Day to day responsibilities
- Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
- Produce quotes and process customer orders
- Advising customers on availability of products, pricing and discounts
- Promote/ upsell and advise customers on compatible products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required skills and qualifications
- Friendly disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Previous customer service experience

- The desire to forge a long term career
