Harrison Bathrooms are a leading bathroom distribution business based on the outskirts of Leeds, LS12, looking to recruit an experienced candidate who is used to relationship building and providing an exceptional level of customer service to join our expanding team in a busy environment! We are looking for someone experienced with handling large call volumes and covering a range of queries from customers.
To qualify for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate that you have experience working within a Customer focused environment and working at a busy pace. We are looking for candidates wanting to develop their skills, demonstrate their ability to excel at what they do and look to be part of a forward thinking team who strive to deliver the very best service to every customer contact they have.
You will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for clients over the telephone and via email regarding orders they have placed or advising potential new clients with information regarding the products we sell
- Updating clients with relevant information regarding their order to ensure we deliver exceptional service
- Answering queries and dealing with issues/concerns promptly
- Having regular contact with the Logistics department regarding dispatch of orders
- Liaising with the Sales Order Processing department on a daily basis
- Keeping up to date with brochure/product launches
- Being knowledgeable of the product range and having the ability to answer any queries customers may have about our products
- Building rapport with new clients - this is key to this role and requires someone with excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be the point of contact and therefore the reputation of the brands rely on the service you provide
- Be pro-active in resolving any issues and keeping the customer informed
Your experience:
- Previous office Customer Service experience is essential to qualify for this role
- Attention to detail
- Used to handling large call volumes on a daily basis
- Excellent telephone manner
- High standard of written (email) communication
- Can liaise on all levels and chase up queries as and when required
- Excellent IT skills
- Used to working in a pressurized and busy working environment
- Working as part of a Team
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Willing to go above and beyond with every customer
Salary negotiable based on Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,840.00 per year
