Job Description:
Global Hires is looking for an empowered executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our fast-growing international team as a Sales Director. You are a dynamic leader in all aspects of business development from lead generation through closing. Our Sales Director will own the end-to-end sales process, grow, and maintain a pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue. You will have a data-driven mind that can set up and interpret key performance measures to adjust and enhance your sales plan. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in cross-national teams, and an "out-of-the-box" attitude are also required. Experience with our technology systems including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, HubSpot and our Microsoft 365 suite of products is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategize and collaborate with executive team to ensure sales campaign meets company goals
- Develop revenue forecasts and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
- Develop the multi-channel cadence for sales prospecting and leverage internal automated system to ensure proper contact and follow up with all potential clients
- Viably scale the sales organization to achieve constantly moving targets
- Implement initiatives to improve core metrics
- Build strong executive relationships
- Can close deals of different complexities
- Pro-actively monitor core metrics, KPIs, and trends
- Take complete ownership of leading the sales team and ensure quota attainment
- Lead by example and get your hands dirty
Skills:
- Strong leadership & motivational skills
- A successful track record in senior sales roles in the B2B, and direct marketing
- 7+ year's experience in sales and at least 3+ in leading a team
- An eye for innovation and the willingness to take initiative
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Managing a remote team
- Strong knowledge in using data software and CRM set up and automation is a must
- Ability to report up effectively with executive team, manage pipeline and forecasts with accuracy
- Ability and willingness to contribute both strategically and operationally on a day-to-day basis
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You are a collaborator – sales is a team sport
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
