£10.82 per hour / £12,659.40 per annum - Customer Happiness Specialist (Customer Services)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Role: Part time, Monday, Thursday & Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

As a Hammonds Customer Service Happiness Specialist
You will provide a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers with any query that may come your way, with empathy, support and care at the heart of every customer interaction.
Taking ownership of our customer’s needs, our Happiness Specialists use their communication and problem-solving abilities to support our customers in all stages of their journey with us,
But don’t worry - as Hammonds Customer Service Happiness Specialist you will have the support of a dedicated regional field team that will collaborate with you to identify and find solutions to our customers queries, making our customers lives better through excellent customer service.

Technical skills and product knowledge can be learned so don’t worry if you have limited experience in Customer Services; all that we ask is that you have a desire to learn, are motivated by helping people and love supporting customers end to end.
We can support you with the rest with our customer services training programmes, unique personal development plans and on-going support and guidance from your customer crew around you, team leaders and customer service managers.
That’s not to mention our full induction programme including a complete introduction into customer services, The Hammonds Way of Customer Excellence, and of, course will equip you with product and system knowledge you need to build your skills as our expert Customer Happiness Professional.
