Job description
Veygo are looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team! You will play an important part in delivering best in market customer-led products and services to support our ambitious growth targets. The work will vary from day to day, with a range of requests from all levels of the business. You will work predominately within a squad delivering new and incremental improvements to our digital products, with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will sit in the Portfolio Team working collaboratively across the business. The team, and extended team will have a mixed skillset, so we don't expect you to be a master of everything involved, although having a passion to learn is essential. We all love what we do and work hard to do the best job possible. The role work closely with the Product Owner who will define priorities in order that our technical and operational delivery teams can successfully deliver the outcomes.
Your main duties will be based around gathering requirements for new features and product changes and putting together requirements documents and user stories ready for the delivery teams to work with.
You’ll be out in the business daily, facilitating workshops, working across the teams and 3rd parties capturing what their needs are. You’ll also be expected to report back to the business as we progress through the build process and be able to help in the decision-making process as we encounter issues. You’ll run regular workshops with staff to run through their feedback and help promote anything new that we’ve built.

Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of business cases
- Facilitating workshops to capture change requirements and user stories and work with the delivery teams to make these a reality
- Working collaboratively with Product Owners/customer and technical teams supporting prioritisation of delivery and ensure needs are understood and delivered
- Ensuring sign-off of requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria by all relevant parties, including business stakeholders
- Acting as a liaison between the stakeholder and the delivery teams
- Working with partners and suppliers supporting the delivery of customer propositions/systems including RFP/RFI activity
- Process mapping
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have experience:
- Working in an agile environment with customer facing products and services
- With business and functional requirements analysis and the development of user stories
- Leading a group and encouraging a friendly and open forum
- Being self-motivated, committed and can quickly understand new concepts and principles
- Good communication skills as the job involves interaction with people from all areas of the business (you’ll need to clearly document both the business requirements and business benefits to help meet the expectations of our stakeholders)

- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Insurance Claims and/or Policy Administration systems
- Strong aptitude for business process modelling

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
