Gastonia Scurry Special Utility District has added a new position for a part time customer service representative. Our team believes in exception customer service, commitment to the excellence and building a healthy culture of work life balance.
We are looking for a UNICORN to join the team. Strong sense of personal accountability, proactive in taking initiative and a desire to be an outstanding teammate are at the top of our list. They will have a happy personality, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make a difference in the community.
Daily duties include assisting customers with payments, answering the phone, setting up new accounts and service questions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
