Role: Customer Service Assistant
Hours: 37.5 per week (part-time also considered)
Location: Ermine Business Park, PE29 6XU
Customer Service Assistant £20,500
You will have:
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Good knowledge of a booking process
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal

- Fast and accurate keyboard skills and Accurate data input skills

Fleet Assist provides network management services to 38 of the UK's leading leasing & contract hire companies with a combined fleet size exceeding 1.1m vehicles and annual maintenance spend exceeding £200m.
The Call Centre Overview
With a friendly team of around 18, The Call Centre is the point of contact for drivers to book services for their vehicles. We do this using our in-house system, ‘Atlas’. Many of our customers have personalised policies and the Call Centre implement these rules to each booking and provide a fantastic service for each booking.
We manage over 100,000 bookings per year.
