We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Terraplas, the Pioneers of Turf Protection and the Leading Provider of Temporary Stadium Flooring.

Terraplas, the world's No.1 for Turf Protection, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Sales & Customer Service team. We have been at the forefront of developing and manufacturing temporary flooring systems for over 30 years, ensuring high-quality stadium turf remains intact during large-scale events. About the role:

As a Sales & Customer Service representative, you will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based from home with regular meetings and updates at our Stockport Head Office. During the initial three months, you will undergo comprehensive training at our Stockport location for up to 3 days each week.


Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, both online and over the telephone.
    Collaborate with the General Manager and potential clients to identify specific requirements.
    Calculate costings and generate accurate quotes.
    Support the General Manager in issuing quotes and providing relevant literature to prospective clients.
    Maintain up-to-date records on Salesforce and ensure timely follow-ups on notes and reminders.
    Liaise with distributors to offer partner support and provide quotations as needed.
    Assist in integrating Terraplas items onto the Sage system and explore opportunities for process automation.
    Coordinate tradeshow participation, including the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
    Represent Terraplas at tradeshows and conferences in the UK and internationally when required by the General Manager.
    Collaborate with the General Manager and Marketing Team to update literature, enhance the website, and expand social media presence.
    Work closely with the Sales Coordinator and Logistics Manager to deliver exceptional customer support.


Qualifications:

    A degree-level education is desirable, but not necessary.
    Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales environment.
    Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent written English skills.
    Possession of a valid driving license (will need to ensure insurance coverage for business travel).
    Passport holder.
    Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
