Due to expansion, we have a permanent job opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Chelmsford, offering a guaranteed salary of £22'604, plus bonus and benefits.
Benefits include 22 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (8 days a year), plus your birthday off (1 day), which totals 31 days per year. You will also receive a company pension scheme and a death in service lump sum payment benefit. They have a car parking scheme, with a local parking agreement in place, which is £40 per month, with a £20 contribution from the employer paid monthly. You will be based in an open plan office work environment, working for one of the largest top ten car dealerships in the UK. In this role you will be working within a friendly team and you will receive full training and support. As the Customer Service Advisor, you be answering incoming telephone calls, make outbound telephone calls, provide exceptional customer service, and update their CRM vehicle database. You will book car service appointments for their car dealerships and answer any questions customers may have regarding services available and options of purchasing a new car etc. As the Customer Service Advisor you will also maintain regular contact with their customers, to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them.
In this role you will work forty hours per week, on a well-planned rotating three-week rota. You will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, or 8.30am to 5.00pm, or 9am to 5.30pm, or 9.30am to 6pm. You will also work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8.30am to 2.00pm.
