Job Title: Trainee / Assistant Door Engineer
Area: Nationwide Installations
Based out of: Pontypridd
Reports To: Senior Engineer
Hourly Rate: £10.50 - £11.50 Depending on Experience
Basis: Permanent Full Time

Job Purpose/Key Role:
To work along side a qualified and experience door engineer whilst leaning and developing your ability to become a independent and self-sufficient engineer installing industrial doors. (Roller & Fire Shutters, Industrial Sectional & Bi Folding, Speed Doors.) Ideal for someone who is already in the construction / Engineering Industry
Main Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Installation of commercial doors on new build construction site through to retro fit to existing buildings.
· Have a good understanding and ability in DIY, engineering or construction.
· Have a clean driving license and experience of driving light commercial vehicles.
· Motivated to learn and progress in the role .
· Provide high quality workmanship and communication.
· Develop and maintain client and co-worker relationships.
· It would be advantageous to hold suitable qualifications - NVQ level 2, CSCS Card, IPAF, SSSTS, BS7036.
