Who we are
Based in the City of London, the Moral Rating Agency based in the City of London rates corporations’ moral behaviour. We are the political moral equivalent of ESG rating agency.
The launch project of the Moral Rating Agency is about rating the involvement in Russia of the largest corporations in the world. We will focus on this issue until it is resolved.
The goal is to provide consumers, shareholders and the media with transparent information on corporate behaviours so they can boycott brands that in turn cause companies to boycott Russia.
About the role
Since moral political rating is a novel activity, we may currently be the only organisation in the world engaged in this activity. You will play an important role in delivering our research results in a precise, persuasive, and sophisticated manner to business journalists around the world.
This role involves a perfect writing skills in producing high-quality press releases and a determined work attitude towards meeting weekly targets. You will be working with our ratings data on corporations behaviours, as well as using tables and charts to write informative and persuasive statistical news releases.
More than a journalist, we are looking for a person with entrepreneurial mindset who can step up into the management position of our NGO in the future.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Articulate
- Ability to understand statistical data and charts and plan writing in an organised way
- Ability to write press release in a sophisticated, persuasive and attractive manner that will be picked up by leading media’s journalists
- Process-oriented and precise
- Determined and committed to attaining final goals
Preferred:
- An academic background in Politics/International Relations/Marketing/Journalism
- Work experience in a daily newsroom is a plus
