First Call Aviation is looking to recruit Passenger Service Assistant (PSA) for Luton Airport.
If you have worked as PSA Or have previous customer service experience and are looking to get back to your position, this is for you:
20-30hrs per week (Overtime Available)
Shifts Pattern – 4 days ON 2 days OFF, Shifts will depend on flight times.
Shifts between 0230am until 2300pm – Must be flexible with start and finish times
Pay: £12.10 per hour, rising to £12.49 after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting and passenger documentation.
- Check-in and processing of passenger boarding cards and bag tags.
- Board and process customers at the boarding gate.
- Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations
- Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport
Required skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A high standard of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to be able to work varied start and finish times
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills
