We are looking for a focused and organised administrator to join our team.
We are an asbestos consultancy based in Sussex.
The Administrative Assistant role will involve a range of office duties including, but not limited to:
Answering telephone and directing calls as appropriate.
Data Entry (Keystone experience beneficial)
Experience of working in an administrative role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided, however the successful applicant must be computer literate (Microsoft Office knowledge) and have a professional telephone manner.
Asbestos knowledge is not essential as full training will be provided where appropriate. What we are really looking for is a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn to progress

The hours are full time, the office is open Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.
The successful applicant will be subject to 2 references, one of which must be a professional reference (previous employer or educational reference), the other can be either professional or a character reference (from someone other than a family member).
Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
