Job description

First Bus are looking for a Customer Service and Site Assistant

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a personable manner and a can-do attitude. From general advice and support for customers to general housekeeping and monitoring of the site(s). The successful candidate will be required to work shifts Monday to Saturday between the hours of 06:15am to 20:45pm on a rota basis

What will you be doing?

  • Replacing out of date cards (and transferring remaining credited trips to new card)
  • Available to acoomodate to late night shopping hours
  • Manage any lost property
  • Provide customer information
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Opening and closing of the site gates
  • A.M. unlocking and P.M. setting of alarms in the buildings at both sites
  • Assisting visitors to site, contractors for repair and maint. etc.
  • Respond to any accidents on site (First aid and vehicle incident training will be provided)
  • Report number of trucks using overflow carpark for charging purposes

  • SIA Licence (preferred but training can be provided)
  • Organisation and planning
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
