Systems Analyst | Level 2 | Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm

The Gousto Operational Systems Team looks after core operational systems used within our Factories (primarily our Warehouse Management and Automation Control Systems). Our key objectives are to support factory operation and drive strategic improvements across our supply chain processes. The team has expanded rapidly in the last 18 months to support the exponential growth of the business. We interact with multiple parts of the business, including; software development, supply chain management and leadership on a daily basis.

Based at our Warrington site, we have an exciting opportunity for Blue Yonder (JDA) Dispatcher Analysts to join the Gousto Rocket Ship. We are looking for individuals with Dispatcher support/configuration experience preferably from a warehouse operations background.

Reporting into the Site Systems Lead, to be successful in this role, you will be motivated by driving change, growing and developing the site’s understanding of systems and use cases. You will work closely with our platform development teams/tribes to drive intelligent and creative solutions to solve complex supply chain puzzles. All the time helping Gousto build a stable operational systems foundation for which it can continue to scale successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in working with Oracle database tables and understanding relationships between them.
• Collaborate with automation teams to understand the integration of automation technologies with the WMS and provide technical support in the implementation and configuration of automation systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination between the WMS and automation systems.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the automation systems, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the operation and maintenance of the automation systems.
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for projects and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Who is right for this role?

• Must have experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Dispatcher WMS Configuration and Support.
• Strong skills in Reporting SQL, including Jasper Report development and analysis.
• Familiarity with the Dispatcher configuration platform, including WMS database tables, DDA (Data Driven Application) design/creation, and Jasper Report development and analysis.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and bugs in the system and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining WMS instances.
