Job Description: Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
