Evo Tunes Inc. and its affiliated divisions have been in the auto industry for over a decade. We have had extreme growth this year and are continuing to grow quickly, so we are looking at expanding our team with an experienced Automotive Customer Service Representative.

About the Opportunity

Automotive Customer Service is a member of the Sales Department and reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. The role of CSR is to help customers understand the products and services being offered by our company, handle inquiries by phone and e-mail, and process orders. A CSR also handles concerns, complaints, or other issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Answer incoming calls to the Customer Service Extension
  • Provide aftermarket auto part and accessory help using your automotive knowledge
  • Process orders
  • Follow up with customer inquiries or special requirements for orders
  • Monitor, respond to or redirect to the appropriate person all emails that come into the general Sales and customer service email accounts
  • Process RMAs
  • Assist accounting with order payment challenges and invoice questions
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, creating forms, etc.
  • Help identify process improvements
  • During slow times, work with other departments on projects they have or assist with other tasks

Skills Needed:

  • Proven Automotive knowledge and/or sales experience is considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner over the phone.
  • Patience and ability to handle stressful situations by dealing with people
  • High-priority attitude for following up and handling order issues or customer complaints
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new software programs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
