EC Outsourcing are looking for customer service advisors to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate problem solver to work with one of the UK’s biggest green energy providers. You will be front line, dealing with inbound calls and building rapport putting our customer’s needs at the front and center of what we do.
Our customer service advisors focus on delivering a unique professional experience for our energy customers. You’re the voice of comfort and reason, so you will be taking the responsibility of dealing with all queries and complaints; we aim for first time resolution always. Your resilience teamed with your fun personality and your positive attitude will aim to provide our customers with the experience they deserve.
Main duties and responsibilities: -
-It's all customer focused - Our customers have contacted us with a query, so no outbound cold calling, and it's our job to fix it at the earliest opportunity.
-It’s being friendly - We are professional in our approach, but also highly friendly.
-its being understanding - Customers have contacted us regarding an issue, lets understand the impact of this and work collectively to fix it.
-It’s reducing additional contact - Not many people enjoy contacting energy suppliers about issues, so let’s reduce the need.
-It can get busy – be prepared for a busy environment where adaptability will be expected.
-It time management- we understand life happens – however our customers, your team and the business are relying on you, we place a high emphasis on our timekeeping to ensure we work together for the benefit of customers.
Experience we’re looking for: -
-Customer service background preferred but not essential
-Passionate about problem solving
-Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
-Customer focused and highly motivated to aim for first time resolution
