Key Purpose of the role:
To support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store, both sales floor and Back of House, executing all financial and food safety obligations to the highest standard. always Leading by example; creating a customer focused environment, anticipating their needs along with enthusiasm and professionalism, to drive repeat business, success, and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise customer service assistants.
- Support the Store Manager to oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to.
- Creating short- and long-term business plans that maximise sales in line with budgets and forecasts.
- Support the delivery of all key training with the store Manager, identifying training needs and capability gaps within the team.
- Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and
Safety, Food Safety Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits.
- To build and maintain a capable team of colleagues, driving the team towards the business objectives.
- Support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the customer experience.
- Working Back of House when necessary.
- Your store will be always safe and you will ensure that it complies with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety and Hygiene and Licensing laws.
- Take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements.
- Communicate key messages to the team.
- Talk to and gain feedback from customers, dealing appropriately with any complaints.
- Get involved in team meetings.
- Motivate the team through recognition and positive feedback.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
