Pet Cafe/Shop Retail Assistant Position in Stratford London *URGENT*
This is an excellent opportunity to join Furmily - a fast-growing UK-based pet business in our Stratford East Village store. You will be helping build the most professional pet grooming service alongside the dog daycare, training, pet retail and a lovely dog cafe in one shop!
We are a very open-minded and progressive team - aiming to bring only the best of the best to our customers. There is no limit on how much you can achieve here and we will do our best to ensure you have everything you need to shine!
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced dog sitter with minimum 1 year experience or relevant pet care qualification (level 2 or 3 diploma in grooming)
- Expertise in specific breeds styling including but not limited to Maltese, Shih Tzu, Poodle will be a big plus
- Someone who is positive and kind, has a genuine love for animal is a must
- A great team player and quick learner who always drive for the best
Job Role
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and their furry family members
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing assistance with any questions they may have
- Restocking merchandise and ensuring the store is organized and visually appealing
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help in taking and preparing cafe orders accurately and efficiently
