Part Time Customer Service Representative and Accounts Administrator
Owing to continued expansion, we now require 2 part-time customer service representatives to share responsibilities for out of hours call handling and office / accounts administration.
This will be a multi-faceted role based from our Head Office in Woodbridge, Suffolk. The hours of work will be 16:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. We envisage this role being shared between two people, with both working on Saturdays in the office and one covering Sundays from home. The remaining days can be agreed between the job sharers.
Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Out of hours call handling
Verbal interaction with customers and technicians
Scheduling retail and commercial jobs
Updating commercial clients with job completion notices
Completing daily invoicing duties
Additional accounts and office administration duties
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 28 per week
Salary: From £11.50 per hour
