THE ROLE
The Customer Service Advisor will support the continued growth of the business, resolving all customer queries and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company’s service or products.
Working closely with the wider Customer Service team, the successful candidate will ensure success by delivering the value defined in the Job description.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide excellent and articulate customer service across all channels including telephone, email, live chat and social media inboxes
· Providing information about new and existing products and services
· Performing administrative tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager
· Working to KPI’s to ensure all customer service enquiries are responded to and resolved in a timely manner whilst maintaining customer experience expectations
· Liaise with our distribution centre to investigate and resolve shipping related enquiries
· Populate daily operational reporting logs to allow for strategic growth
· Represent the Disturbia brand at all times
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for what Disturbia is aiming to achieve as an organisation and the ability to be decisive, open and specific, whilst promoting acceptance, inclusion and respect.
They should be a fast learner and be dynamic in their approach as they will need to react quickly to ever changing environments.
Finally, they will be charismatic and confident, happy interacting with different audiences and peers.
EXPERIENCE
· At least 2 years experience in a similar role
· Proficient on computers and with Excel spreadsheets
· Excellent ability to work to deadlines while maintaining efficiency
· Ability to work independently to manage the work load efficiently; good time management skills are imperative
· Great communication skills, both with customers and the team
· Remain both professional and friendly throughout your communications, maintaining a positive attitude at all times
· The ability to empathise with customers and seek to find resolutions quickly
· The role is likely to involve shift work in the near future (early/late shifts) to accommodate our International customer-base
