We wire homes for the major national house builders and it’s important we respond promptly to calls and enquiries from the customers buying the homes they build. As a customer care administrator, you’ll play a key role in making sure we keep our customers happy and deliver the efficient service they’ve come to expect.
Our customer care team is a vital part of our business and puts us one step ahead of our competitors. If you’ve got the passion to help us continue exceeding our customers’ expectations, we’d like to hear from you. Full training will be provided and as you develop within the team there will be opportunities for progression.
