Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Opportunity - Full Time - Paid Weekly
We are a marketing and management firm in the Cleveland area. We're looking for a FULL-TIME customer service and sales account representative. Experience as a customer service representative or a sales representative is welcome. No experience necessary in sales or customer service, as all of our training is done in-house and is paid.
Our customer service representative will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and brand awareness. We execute sales, customer service, and client retention for our client's customers on a face-to-face and relationship-based approach.
On a daily basis, the CSR rep would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Acquiring and establishing new accounts
- Meeting and retaining existing clients
- Conduct presentations customized to the needs of the individual
- Attending business meetings for product knowledge, training, development, and networking
