The Opportunity: Customer Service Controller
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,429
Location: Cannock

The Impact you will have:
- Managing and organising the workload of approximately 30 field-based engineers,
- Ensuring productivity is kept to a high percentage with minimum travel time
- Following Company Health and Safety guidelines at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring your colleagues and customers are safe
- Deliver industry leading customer service
- Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times
- Prioritising and scheduling all work activities to meet customer expectations in accordance with the Company’s contractual requirements and KPIs
- Actively promoting team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary
- Authorising Engineer’s leave in line with Regional requirements
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Strong skills in computer literacy and an understanding of the Microsoft Office package; specifically Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience in planning and managing a remote workforce diary
