Are you a master of the grill? Do you have a passion for serving up the juiciest, most mouthwatering steaks? Then we want YOU to join our team as a Food Truck Team Member! We are a popular steak street food pop-up located in the heart of Cardiff city centre, Winners of Best Main Dish at the British Street Food Awards, and we're on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Steak Ninja to help us take over the food truck scene!
Responsibilities: Wield your culinary skills to cook up the tastiest, most tender steaks in town Deliver a top-notch customer experience with a smile and a side of fries Keep the food truck clean and organized (just like your spice rack at home) Keep the cash register ringing with accurate and speedy transactions Follow food safety guidelines (no sneezing on the steaks, please!) Help with set-up and take-down of the food truck before and after events (we'll provide the snacks!)
Requirements: A love of all things steak-related Previous experience in a similar role preferred (food service or customer service) A sharp sense of humor and a positive attitude The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment (think: Gordon Ramsay on a good day) Strong communication skills and a team player mentality Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (because the party never stops)
